Terms of Use

“Agreement” means the terms and conditions set out herein.

“Visitor” means a person browsing the Deepings Management Partnership (DMP) website.

DMP may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by DMP on the DMP website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Privacy. Use of the DMP website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Disclaimers. DMP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the DMP Website by third-parties.

Inclusion of any linked website on the DMP website does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by DMP. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. DMP takes no responsibility for third party advertisements which are posted on this DMP Website, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers. DMP is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of the DMP website. DMP assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any User or User communication. DMP is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials. Under no circumstances shall DMP be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of the DMP website, whether online or offline.

Limitation on Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL DMP BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF DMP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, DMP'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO DMP FOR THE DMP SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF USER AND THE AMOUNT OF INSURANCE HELD BY DMP FOR SUCH LIABILITY.

Disputes. The Terms of this Agreement shall be subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified DMP from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the DMP Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Privacy Policy

Deepings Management Partnership ("We") takes your privacy very seriously. Please read this Policy carefully to see how We will treat the personal information that you provide to us when using our website (the "Site") or our services (the "Services"). We will take reasonable care to keep your personal information secure and to prevent any unauthorised access or unlawful use of it. We process all information in accordance with the applicable UK data protection legislation. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and the change will take effect once the revised Privacy Policy is available on our homepage. Please refer to this policy each time you submit your personal information.

We may ask you to provide information at certain points on the Site, which include, but are not limited to, your name, postal address, gender, telephone numbers and email address.

The information that you are asked to provide will vary depending on the reason for the collection. In some instances, the provision of certain information will be mandatory.

We may require you to provide verification of your identity and to pay an administration fee (which is currently £10) to provide a copy of the information that We hold. Please note that in certain circumstances We may withhold access to your information where we have the right to do so under current data protection legislation.

In the event that there is a change to your personal information for example your contact details, please let us know of this by writing to the Data Protection Officer, at the address provided below or by accessing your account details and amending them accordingly so that we can keep your information up to date and accurate.
